A Summer of Hope, A School Year of Promise
We were able to finish our incredible summer with our 4th annual Back to School Resource Fair. This year, we supported over 400 families with school supplies, hygiene supplies graciously provided by our partners, haircuts, and strong connections to ensure a healthy and safe school year for Spokane kids.
Our summer programs went great! With your support, we served 215 kids, providing a safe place all summer long while engaging in enriching activities such as Collide Camp, backpacking, rafting, climbing trips, and workshops. Most exciting of all, two students made the bold decision to be baptized this summer! Thanks to your partnership, we were able to walk alongside them as they took this step of faith.
As we look forward to the school year, I’m reminded once again of God’s unwavering eye on the students, this organization and its staff, and you—our faithful partners. If His eye is on the sparrow (Matthew 10:29-31), how much more on me, you, and our students?
We’re also excited to share what’s next:
Rebalance – a new program equipping young people with tools for emotional resilience and mental well-being, fostering stability, confidence, and flourishing in daily life.
Juvenile Justice Ministry (JJM) – beginning this year, to support young people in Spokane’s juvenile detention center, many of whom spend their time without a single visitor. Our dream is to build trust and eventually partner with churches to bring worship services inside.

Give: Your financial support helps us launch and sustains programs like Rebalance and JJM, while also fueling ongoing ministries. A key way to help is by joining us for our Fall Fundraiser—a night to celebrate what God is doing and to invest in the next season of ministry.
Pray: Pray for our students, volunteers, and staff—that God’s love would become irresistible and His Spirit transformative in young lives.
Specific prayer requests for this month:
- That God would use our conference, Calm in the Chaos, in a powerful way tomorrow. (There are still tickets left! Join us!)
- That our only fundraiser of this year, Keys of Hope, would be an evening filled with hope!
- That we would be able to have a strong group of volunteers for this school year.
- For great partnerships with churches, in order that our students can get plugged into loving and caring church families.
