Find the Volunteer Opportunity That's Right For You

We welcome business leaders and professionals who are willing to lend their expertise to advance our work. We also lean on professionals for advice on vocational enterprises for our teens.

We are launching a new mentor program to better impact 11—19-year-olds. We are looking for healthy adults who are willing to walk along side a teen and offer guidance and support.

Prefer a more behind-the-scenes approach? We have a need for office help, event planning support, and other temporary or on-going assistance.

Get in on the action! We always need caring, mature adults to meet with the many teens we serve. Volunteers must go through a screening process and complete a background check. We offer on-going training to encourage you and help you be effective in your role.

When Spokane Public Schools announced that they would begin the school year with distance learning, our thoughts immediately shifted to the hundreds of kids who do not have home environments that support distance learning. To aid in filling the gap, Spokane Youth for Christ decided to open a space that provides a stable learning environment to aid in the educational success of youth living in under-resourced neighborhoods. We hold special events throughout the year to raise vital funds for our work. We rely on volunteers to help make these events a success.

Please note: There is a $25 application fee, which pays directly for your background check.
